The 612632 48V Controller is a genuine OEM E-Z-GO/Curtis speed controller designed to regulate vehicle speed and torque while maintaining factory safety standards. Manufactured by Curtis (Model 1206HB-5201), this controller delivers a 250-amp output for reliable performance in compatible 48-volt electric vehicles.
Built to OEM specifications, this unit ensures proper integration with factory wiring and motor systems. It is a direct replacement for the original controller in supported models.
⚠️ When replacing a failed controller, it is recommended to inspect the motor as well. Severe conditions such as lightning strikes or electrical surges can damage both the controller and motor simultaneously.
