Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to eligible orders placed with Larry's Golf Carts, including purchases made through our website where applicable.

Because golf carts, parts, accessories and other products may move through different stages of preparation and fulfillment, the ability to cancel an order can depend on its current status.

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean an order has been cancelled. Larry's Golf Carts must first confirm that the cancellation can still be completed.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after an order has been placed. The earlier we receive your request, the greater the possibility that we can stop the order before additional processing or fulfillment occurs.

When requesting cancellation, please be prepared to provide information that allows us to identify the correct transaction, such as:

• Your full name.
• Your order number, if available.
• The telephone number associated with the order.
• The product or golf cart ordered.
• The reason for requesting cancellation.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the order and protect customers against unauthorized cancellation requests.

An order that has not yet entered preparation, fulfillment or shipping may be easier to cancel.

If we are able to successfully stop the order, Larry's Golf Carts will confirm the cancellation and, where payment has already been collected, handle any applicable refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and Payment Policy.

Please do not assume an order has been cancelled until you have received confirmation from Larry's Golf Carts.

Once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment, cancellation may become more difficult or may no longer be possible.

This can be especially relevant when work has already begun in connection with the specific order, including preparation for pickup, transportation, delivery or other fulfillment activity.

Contact us immediately if your order is already being prepared and you would like to request cancellation. We will review the order's current status and advise you of the available options.

An order that has already been transferred to a carrier or otherwise dispatched may no longer qualify for cancellation as an unshipped order.

If your order has already shipped, any request to send the product back will generally be treated as a return rather than an order cancellation.

Cancellation Status Guide

Golf carts can involve additional preparation, transportation and fulfillment considerations compared with smaller products. For this reason, customers should contact Larry's Golf Carts promptly if they need to cancel a golf cart order.

The availability of cancellation will depend on the status of the individual order at the time the request is received.

If the cart has already been prepared, dispatched, delivered or collected, different terms may apply. Please review the relevant product information and our Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase.

Orders for golf cart parts and accessories should also be cancelled as quickly as possible.

If an eligible parts or accessories order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will review whether it can be cancelled. Once the item has shipped, the request may instead need to be handled under our return procedures.

Pre-orders may be subject to additional conditions because the product may be reserved or ordered before regular availability.

Customers placing a pre-order should review the applicable terms carefully before completing the transaction.

Products that have been specially ordered, modified, configured or prepared specifically for a customer's request may have different cancellation limitations once work or procurement has begun.

If your purchase involves a special-order or modified product, contact us immediately to determine whether cancellation is still available.

Whether costs apply to a cancellation depends on the circumstances of the individual order and any costs that may already have been incurred in preparing, processing or transporting the order.

Any applicable charges should be communicated as part of the cancellation review before the cancellation is finalized where reasonably possible.

Customers should not assume that refusing delivery automatically cancels an order or guarantees a full refund.

If you no longer want an order that has already shipped, contact Larry's Golf Carts before refusing delivery whenever possible. Additional transportation, return or handling costs may arise depending on the circumstances.

In limited circumstances, Larry's Golf Carts may need to cancel an order. Examples can include situations involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, suspected unauthorized transactions, fulfillment limitations or other circumstances that prevent the order from being completed as intended.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected, any refund due will be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction and our applicable policies.
